Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns.

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be dispatched back to us within 30 days of delivery, using a tracked and signed-for service.

We do not accept order changes or cancellations.

However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at mariadaartist@yahoo.com and we will be happy to assist.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of these products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items purchased on sale

Shipping & Delivery

  • Items purchased with standard shipping will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, insured up to £250.

  • Items shipped domestically with standard shipping can be insured up to £750.

  • Express shipping is available via DHL Express CO₂ Neutral Shipping. Orders shipped with DHL are tracked, fully insured, and typically arrive within 2–4 working days once dispatched.

If your piece is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2–3 business days. Please allow up to 8 weeks for made-to-order items to be dispatched. If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us at mariadaartist@yahoo.com.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or tax fees incurred upon delivery.

All international orders are final sale.
